Odesk short for Online Desk is an online job market place. Odesk is launched in 2003 and based on Redwood City CA. Odesk allows company or individual to post a job and hire someone who will work for them. Odesk allows anyone to work anywhere and anytime.
There is plenty of website like Odesk, but I will strongly recommend Odesk! I will discuss below the reasons why. But for those who want to know the other website like Odesk, below are some websites I know:

1. Many businesses trust Odesk than other websites because the contractors are more competitive and skillful.
2. The Odesk Fee is shouldered by the Employer, unlike others who will charge contractors 10% of the agreed payment for the project. (I experienced this one time ago, I place a bid for $250 for a project and the client hired me. Good huh? Then this website charged me $25 and automatically deducted it to the funds on my account, but it’s ok because I will still get $225 for this new employer. Guess what! The work did not start! F$#CK!!! I contact support to give me back my money because the employer did not continue the project. But the support told me that I should contact my employer! Damn it!!)
3. Odesk Test is FREE! Others charged it for $5.
4. FREE to use. You don’t need to pay any fee for signing up for an account.
5. Posting Job is FREE.
6. Odesk has a time tracker tool “Odesk Team Room” which guarantees hourly payment.
7. Odesk has flexible options to withdraw your earning. You can choose PayPal, wire transfer, local funds transfer and etc.
8. Withdrawal fee is so cheap!
9. User friendly interface.
10. Odesk offers more jobs than other.
Above are some points why I picked Odesk among other of its kind. I have tried some other websites but for me Odesk is the best. Odesk won’t give me any reward for writing this article; I just want to share to those people who want to work online those factors that I have seen in Odesk which they cannot find in other websites. You can also try other website not just Odesk, besides I also earned $90 at Freelancer.com and also got a client which pays me thru PayPal by doing some link building task.
